Just like other freestyle Fulani braids hairstyles, flip over Fulani braids have knotless braids at the back too.

For this hairstyle, you’ll need:
- Prestretched braiding hair.
- Freetress beach curl hair or Milky Way deep bulk human hair bundles if you’re going for a bohemian look.
- Rat tail comb.
- Shine n jam.
- Mousse.
How to do flip over Fulani braids
Start by parting clean and stretched hair into two sections, one at the front and one at the back.
The hair at the front should ideally be a quarter of the hair at the back.
Depending on the size you’re going for, start plaiting the knotless braids at the back just like you would regular knotless braids.
Part the hair into your desired sizes using a rat tail comb, apply shine n jam on the parted sections to tame fly aways/get clean parts and start braiding the hair.
After starting the plait with natural hair, gradually feed in small bits of braiding hair into the braid until you get your desired size and length.
If you’re going for a bohemian knotless braids look, feed in the curly hair bits along the length of the braid as you move along.
Repeat the same process until you’re done with the back section.
For the front section, start by parting a sizeable amount of the hair at the middle into a triangle like shape and then work on either side first.
Both the right and the left side will have the same braids.
You will start by plaiting a straight line or 3 knotless braids followed by a criss cross stitch braid, a straight back braid, another straight braid and 4 triangle part knotless braids. (see below)

Depending on whether you started with the left or right side, plait the same combination of braids on the other side.
After working on both sides, plait straight back lines in the middle where you sectioned a chunk of hair in a triangle part (see below).

As mentioned earlier, the 4 triangle part knotless braids that you did on either side are what you flip over.
